While Videre Consulting is only in its first year of operation, its founder Bruce Anderson has over 10 years of experience in the digital television field. He most recently was employed by DIVA, a leading provider of Video On Demand products to the cable industry, as their Vice President of Product Line Management. Before joining DIVA, Mr. Anderson was the Managing Director of Digital Television and Entertainment at the Sarnoff Corporation. During his career at Sarnoff, Mr. Anderson was a key contributor to the development of the current US Digital Television Standard (ATSC), the development of Hughes Corporation's DIRECTVTM Direct Satellite broadcast service and many other consumer products and IC designs. Mr. Anderson has been awarded several US Patents for his work in the television field, is involved with several startup companies and works closely with the venture capital community to secure funding for these ventures.
